How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Our airtight tins are designed specifically to protect the tea's delicate volatile oils.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your tea bags biodegradable?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Our pyramid tea bags are made from plant-based materials that are fully compostable and free from plastic or harmful glues.
What is your return policy if I don't like a specific flavor?
We want you to love your tea. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages.
Do you offer organic tea options?

How much caffeine is in your different tea types?
Caffeine levels vary by tea type. Generally, black and matcha teas have the highest caffeine, followed by oolong, green, and white teas. Our herbal 'tisanes' are naturally caffeine-free.
